Don't waste your hard earned money on that bogus stuff. Track your calories, don't go over your targets, move a little more each day!

You're either eating more than you think or you're over estimating your calories burned. If you're weighing your food using a scale then the other part of the equation is wrong.
-
Have you taken photos to capture progress? It's hard sometimes for us to notice our own progress. Also, I suggest taking some measurements although your clothes getting bigger is always a good judge.

Yes! I will typically add carryover into the next day if it's like 100-200 calories. Anything over than that I just say *kitten* it and eat within my target that day.

Yes. 5'7" female, starting weight 221, took me a year to lose 60lbs. Goal weight is 145, currently weigh 161. It's been a struggle to lose the last 15. I started Strong Curves and in the last 45 days my body has changed so much (for the better). Shapely, smaller waist, big upper body gains and no change on the scale. I am…

Log your restaurant meals before you go to the restaurant, plenty have their menu online. Log your dinner before you make it so you only have to adjust grams or what I do is, weigh my food up to the gram I pre-logged it as. Logging helps you when you are in those situations like at your friends house bc you can more…

In the long run it doesn't matter.

What's your current height and weight?

Whenever I can fit it in which right now has been my lunchtime.

The advice is the same...tighten up the logging.

Twice a week! They're delicious.

Experiencing a similar thing right now. Joined a gym, started strength training, and haven't seen a loss in 4 weeks but I know I've been in a deficit so I am trusting the process.

I can't believe it. I think this is the first time the entire MFP community has agreed on something.

"Eat your fill" will lead to a calorie surplus if she's not tracking her intake regardless of whatever foods she eats. Eating whole foods does not cause weight loss, a calorie deficit does.

Lots of info about working out but not much about calorie intake. I'd focus on calorie intake rather than all of the exercise.
-
I really hope this happens to me. It's been 4 weeks of increased strength training, calorie deficit and zero losses for me.
-
I enjoy fasted cardio just bc I don't feel as sluggish. I haven't seen it drastically impact my loss.

I thought I read that also.

Salt and pepper with paprika. Chicken thighs are especially tasty with this simple combo.

If you're already counting steps that are giving you exercise calories, you do not want to log as exercise.
