If I were you I'd update that goal to 'skinny and alive'. Don't do what you are doing. You will a) cause yourself serious damage and b) fail and feel even worse :(

@dewitt I've considered it occasionally, since I only have a small breakfast anyway, but my body doesn't react well to morning fasting. Frustratingly! But there are always other techniques to try :)

I'm currently wearing Scarpas and Salomons. But no recommendation is remotely as good as going to a good outdoor shop and trying on boots until you find ones that make you feel like you're walking on clouds. And then wearing them in before you go on a hike of any length.

And this is why my go-to breakfast is fruit and yoghurt :) (...or, in summer, Eton Mess. Meringues are basically a miracle food. Deliciously decadent while also being surprisingly low in calories and with decent protein)
