WhataLazyIdiot, As a person who has also suffered from disorderly eating and binging - a long time ago - I find keto to be problematic. 1) it is not sustainable so you will gain the weight back once you go off it if you're not careful 2) it doesn't teach you normal eating habits; it is rather extreme to achieve goals.
