What they said ^ Ideally you keep your weight loss to roughly 1% of your overall weight per week, but it will also ultimately depend on how large of a caloric deficit you create on a day-to-day basis throughout those 2 months.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. The basic principle is that it's about what you do most of the time, not what you do only some of the time. You can allow yourself to have cheat meals/days every so often and indulge in the junk food, so long as you are able to get back to your normal meal plan.
