Good job you!!

Having to put new notch #4 on my belt. Another notch and I may have to invest in a smaller belt!

When I realized summer was coming in 4 months and my kids are getting more and more active and faster, I had to be able to keep up, now I can!

137 days. 26lb lost so far.

If there is nutritional info available, I log it, if not I guess as best I can and try to overestimate.

I eat bread everyday. Most days twice. Regular whole wheat bread in the morning as toast with peanut butter and 100cal wheat thins for lunch. I've messed up twice last 7 days and eaten white bread but it's all fitted in my calories.

3lb is awesome! I only lost half a lb this week and I'm still very pleased, if it isn't a gain, it's a win for me. WTG!

Now. Not later, there will always be a reason or excuse to put it off. I had planned to go on a diet, the month after I actually did, I dove straight in and just did what need to be done to start looking, feeling and actually being healthier.

Tried it for 2 weeks in the very beginning of my weightless journey. Hated it. I was clueless. I eventually came to mfp community and read and read and read and found a plan that works for me. I would never recommend tmd to anyone. Ever.

Bake for 25-30 mins on 400degree. Let it cool for a good 15 mins or so. Makes 8…

Started at 151lb, goal was to lose 36lb to get to 115lb, I'm down 24lb, still planning on a 36lb loss depending on how I feel (health wise) and how small the clothing gets. This is since Jan 23, my goal was school getting out on May 26, but umm that's not happening, slow and steady wins, right?

Yesterday while taking kids to Walmart for rainy day crafting items, I noticed they had put the clearance bras on sale for $1.00, was hoping they would have a few more of the ones I just got a couple weeks ago for $3, they had 3, 1 size down, so 36b instead of 38c, and they fitted me, that was HUGE for me, to be back to my…

Size 4 jeans I got at goodwill, they are worn enough to have that nice soft feeling and have enough rips in that I won't feel half naked. It's a lot to ask to get my fat butt in them but I really want to preferably before they fit my 10 year old who growing like a weed.

I was force fed those as a child, most disgusting thing ever. They are not allowed in my house. My kids can try them, when they are older and move out!

Tuna, low fat/fat free cheese, Greek yogurt, fat free milk.

A food scale, portion control ... Foods? Broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, fish, chicken tenderloins, canned salmon, strawberries, melon, cantaloupe. I try to eat what I want, within reason, I try to make healthier choices, not always, because I refuse to live the rest of my life not eating the things I love, chocolate ..…

I log it. Calories are calories. I even log that half a romaine lettuce leaf!
-
I sometimes eat brown rice 3-4 times a week, I only use half a serving size and I fill rest of plate with veggies and chicken/fish/pork.
-
Chocolate. I managed to completely give up soda and potato chips (and oh how it's hard not eating those) and I significantly reduced my coffee intake from 5-6 cups a day to maybe 2-3 cups a week, I still have creamer and sugar in it though. I know I can still eat them, in moderation, but I'm trying to maintain healthier…

Looks delish except I would swap out the peppers for other veggies as I really don't like peppers, I haven't eaten ground beef in a while, I may have to now and I have 30 portioned servings of rice and about same of 93% beef in freezer! Yum!

My dinner tonight was 201 calories. 2.5oz chicken tenderloins, sliced 1.25 cups broccoli 0.5 cup mushrooms 0.5 serving of brown rice (pre measured and cooked, frozen and then thawed in bag with hot water!) Light spray of canned Olive oil, sprinkle of garlic powder all cooked up in small frying pan. When cooked I added a…

I just this morning used PB2 for this recipe http://runningonrealfood.com/flourless-peanut-butter-banana-oatmeal-cookies/ I cut out a few bits so mine was just PB2, vanilla extract, old fashioned oats, bananas, choc chips and stevia. Wasn't all that great, kids hated them but for 63 Cal's each, I'll eat them. My recipe…

I ate nothing but steamed chicken for weeks in the beginning, drove me nuts. Now I eat lots of tilapia, canned pink salmon, pork, even have egg salad sammie's for dinner, and now fishing season is well underway I'm hoping to be eating more bass, catfish, walleye & bluegill. I still have steamed chicken though, once a week…

How I feel and when my clothing has to be downsized, I know I'm doing alright. I weigh once a week, but considering doing it every 2 weeks instead and letting my clothes tell me I'm doing ok.
-
I'm 5' 2.5", I'm aiming for 105-115, I'm 128.5 right now, SW-151, if I were to not lose anymore right now I'd be ok with that. I'm all hips, butt and thighs. I guess I'll stop when I feel just right.

You look amazing! Way to go, and that figure before ... I must say looked great too for having 5 tiny humans!
-
Congratulations! Keep doing whatever it is you are doing as it's working! Way to go go!! :)

Log everything. Exercise. Set yourself realistic goals. I say that I am on a diet, but really I have made a lifetime change in my eating habits. I still eat things that may not be the healthiest, but nowhere near as often as I did. What I eat now, while trying to lose weight, I will continue to eat once I reach my goal. I…
