Completed my Level 1 Day 3, and already it feels so much easier compared to day 1. After I'd completed it today, another one of Jillian's workout videos came on and I was seriously contemplating doing that too! But managed to stop myself as don't want to do too much.

Thanks. I'm doing the 30 day shred also which includes a bit of weights. After I have completed both these, I will be focusing on weights, but will probably continue doing light cardio, like going for brisk walks or something.

I'm doing this to improve my overall fitness. I'm also doing the 30 day shred. Once Ive competed these, I will be moving on to weights to gain muscle and tone up. So will be posting questions on that in a couple of months time!

Been to the gym and completed Workout 1, Week 1. It went better than expected. I think the fact that I've been going for a brisk walk for the past 5 days helped. I wasn't as knackered as I thought I'd be. Going to complete workout 2, Week 1 on Friday.
