I'm back at work, and glad to be. Anxiety has sucked the last couple days and I haven't gotten good sleep.

This afternoon is my family's Christmas. My sis and her husband always bring drama and cause extra anxiety. I usually drink to stay sane but have my girls and will be driving afterwards so no drinking this time. I hope it's not a total dumpster fire.

Y'all....I HAD to go to the WalMarts today and it was a complete madhouse! But I had my earbuds in listening to music which helped so much. There was a kid with a bloody nose and his a-hole dad was screaming at him and I barely even noticed. Winning!
