My vegan friend would go to the grocery store next to our shop when the French bread was first put out and still warm and eat almost the whole thing in one sitting and we're talking a huge family size loafπ³

I bought some Lily's peanut butter cups and they were weird,very dry middle and crumbled everytime I took a bite,think I'd rather just stick with Reese's mini cups and portion them out,heck the calories aren't much different anyways π€·

I thought by going without booze for so long I'd be in perfect health,well this explains alot of my horrible symptoms that I have=no mojo alot of the time, everyone sounds great have a great day π

I'm 5'5 almost 5'6 and started mfp at 160, lost down to 134 and liked that, now I'm at 139 and feel "fluffy" π€ why when I hit 139 coming down I felt slim now going back up to that I feel like Cptn. Bloato? Must be distributed different or something, anyhoo I think I'll hover around here, was at 125 in my early 30's andβ¦

Welcome π€ sounds like a stressful situation but in times like that when I want to stay sober I hafta be selfish and put myself first, basically quitting booze and just pretending to be "sick" for a few days so I can lay low and not be bugged

Me too! Every week I start out with a positive head on, logging, measuring, exercise,etc then seems like by Monday afternoon I'm already eating more than I had planned to log!π€

The last time she went to the doctor they said she had a fatty liver I believe,she never went back cuz he wouldn't prescribe her opioids and said she seemed"drug seeking" and he tried to prescribe her ibuprofen 800 instead and an antidepressant which irritated her but I think she needs it, alcohol used to be a factor butβ¦

Tell me more on this cuz I'm curious,I have a friend who's ALWAYS sick,she's addicted to opioids and hardly eats but she's overweight,I always wonder how she never loses anything is it the drugs? Lack of activity? Slower metabolism? I always think of "starvation mode" (even though I know it's not real) when I look at herπ€
