I really like advocare's protein shake, it's called muscle gain, in the chocolate flavor

Overnight oats! I make a whole weeks worth on Sunday. Old fashioned oats, Greek yogurt, milk (skim, almond, whatever kind you prefer) and fresh fruit (I usually pick blueberries or strawberries). It keeps me full for hours and is easy to tweak the flavors and proportions for variety and calories.

Ok so I'm going to take a different approach here. Your fiancé sounds exactly like mine did. I lost 65 pounds and unfortunately as I was losing my fiancé gained and got up to about 290 (guessing since I don't know for sure what his heaviest weight was). Eventually he decided he wanted to lose but didn't want to put in the…

I lost 62 pounds and was within 3 pounds of my goal weight last time. Then I moved back in with my family for a year while I saved up to buy money for a house. I love my family to death but they have terrible eating habits and pressured me a lot to eat and drink with them, even though we had our own apartment and kitchen…

Try switching up your workout if you've been doing it for awhile. I tend to eat the same things everyday, so when I hit a plateau I know It's time to switch up my meals.

I did the challenge and loved it! I kept all the weight and inches off. It taught me to eat a lot better and get more creative with how I prepared my ingredients. My only advice is to also track your food on this app too. I continued to follow the eating guides after the challenge without buying any more products. I…

I requested to join since I'm on a VLCD but I don't think I've been added since I don't have access to the group yet

I like advocares muscle gain in chocolate. There's like 20 grams of protein and only 150 calories in a serving. Also doesn't taste chalky to me like a lot of other brands do

I have my last 5 pounds to go! They feel like the hardest ones to lose too

I'm getting married in September and have less than 10 pounds to go! Down 56 from my heaviest, add me!

I'm getting married in about 3 months and want to lose a bit of weight too. Add me and we can keep each other in check!

I still think you get to reward yourself. I lost 65 pounds, gained 33 back, and am in the process of losing the last 3 again. I rewarded my self for losing it again. And like you I feel healither this time, like it will stay off. Keep going and get those rewards you can do it!

This morning I finally reached a weight with a healthy BMI and felt confident enough to tuck my shirt in, which I've never done before!

Hey! I'm getting married in about 3 months. I will be engaged for about a year total and it took me several months to not only get motivated but to actually see any progress. Now I am down 28 pounds and only have 5 to go. Just make one small change at a time, you can do it!!

I did in the beginning, but it stopped after the first few weeks. I also log all of my food for the next day at night now. I find that helps me not think about it so much. My food is logged measured and packed for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. All I have to do is enjoy my food throughout the day- it really helped me stop…

The only suggestion I can give is eat more. 1200 is sort of bare minimum for calories and not enough if you're working out too. Have a little more food and the weight should come off

I have school of decaf green tea with 1 sweetener. It's sweet enough to curb my craving and feels like a treat. It's my late night me time when o just sit and enjoy my tea- nothing else going on except relaxing.

I tried to make small changes when I started. If I tried to make too many changes at once I knew I'd never stick to them. Pre-teaching my food the day before was one of the bigest helps for me.

Emily bites is another great website for healthier versions of comfort food type recipes. I've taken several to my parents house and they've loved them and asked for the recipes

I love the advocare Canyou24 DVDs. There are 2 of them. They each come with several workouts and even a workout schedule. I think my favorite part is that each video has 3 instructors working at a different level, so you can modify each workout to fit your needs. The level 1 DVDs you don't need anything. The level 2 DVDs…

I don't have daughters but I have a mom that yoyo-ed as I was growing up. She NEVER said anything about her weight (in front of me at least) or mine. She would talk about how she felt better when she was losing, and she always focused on balanced diet and moderation with treats for us. I think she did an amazing job of…

Awesome! I know how big of an accomplishment that can feel. Now make it 2 days you got this!

Be kind to yourself on Saturdays and sundays. They're hard for me too. I tend to give myself a few more calories Saturday and just choose wisely what I really want to spend them on.i usually track my food the night before (or as much as I can on the weekend), and I also make an effort to move more (whether it's cleaning,…

I'd love to have a virtual workout buddy! Add me here or on Fitbit

Add me! I lost 65, gained back 33 and have now lost 26 of that. I know the journey you're on and definitely need motivation with the last 7 pounds as I'm sure they'll come off the slowest

I have a cheery putter so I remove the pits before I weigh them

My June starting weight is 158 my June goal weight is 153. However my overall goal weight is between 150-145 so idk if I'll be able to lose 5 this month this close to my goal weight

I find it easier to portion out a serving and take the one serving of a treat to work with me. I enjoy it at work, and I can't even have more than a serving because that's all I brought. I find there are certain foods I can't eat at home because I am more like to go over the serving size of my calories- but the one serving…

Thanks! I purchased a 14 and told her my goal was to get down to an 8 and would that be a problem? She told me not at all and to lose as much as I want. It also helps that I have a ball gown so they only have to alter from my hips up. Good luck girl you can do it! Let me know if you need any motivation or support

I have found logging my meals the night before to be extremely helpful. It's keeps me on track and then I don't have to think about what I'm eating all day. I pack my breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks for work the night before. Weighing, measuring, and logging the night before makes meals one less thing for me to worry about…
