Flavor = accurate texture = lacking I like to mix it into chocolate protein powder (behold a reeses protein shake without buying a peanut butter flavored protein powder), dip apples in it, mix it into oatmeal, etc. Never tried it in a recipe though.

Rather than a juice fast, maybe try a week of whole foods (Fruit veggies, meats) to see if that helps you create a caloric deficit more easily, thus losing weight.

I typically don't eat anything if my workout occurs before 9am. If it's later in the morning, the only thing I can handle is yogurt. Yogurt is easier for me to digest and doesn't feel like a brick an hour later.

Update: I chickened out sneaking ice cream into the theatre. We weren't sure if our movie would be sold out and we'd have to go to a later showing and it may have gotten too melt by that time. I like the spotify playlist "Warrior Workout" for heavy duty weight days. Cardio I start out with Kanye West "Stronger" then "Mr brightside", "Obsession", "Good life" - G Eazy. Mainly whatever is topping the charts at the time mixed in with some classic pop/hip hop hits.

I'm trying to sneak a pint of halo top into the movie theatre tonight. Gaurdians of the galaxy Vol 2! Any tips? Also, assuming the flavors aren't sold out, which one would you reccomend I try? I've had Vanilla bean, Birthday cake, and Oatmeal cookie. Tempted to go for Smores.

I love 50% 30% 20%. I eat about 2100 calories a day, sometimes more when I hit the cardio hard. I like having my carbs higher because I eat a TON of cauliflower and fruit.
