I totally second the compression boy short style undies. I can not wear regular undies as my stomach just falls out the leg holes.

Choose foods wisely and plan ahead. Lower calorie foods options mean you can eat a lot more food than those dense in calories.

In Canada medical will cover the cost of a panniculectomy but that is it. The rest of it would be out of pocket so 10's of thousands to cover the rest of the problem areas 😪

My original goal was to loose half my body weight, I reached that goal a couple of weeks ago. Since then I have made a new goal for maintenance... 126ish lbs but not to exceed 130lbs.
