This doesn't directly answer your question but this is why I personally don't track exercise calories on here. There's just too many variables and it's rarely accurate how much you actually burned. So I just give myself a little leeway on exercise days. In any case for you I would just count one, better to underestimate…

I think the tricking your body thing is a myth. But it can probably help you from going crazy if you are cutting calories too severely. The key is to stay on track the day after you splurge, one day won't make a huge difference.

Not sure why this bothers you. People should be able to wear whatever makes them happy/comfortable. Though personally I don't pay too much attention to what other people are wearing at the gym since I'm pretty focused on my own stuff.

Shakshuka. Just brown some onions and garlic, add paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne , other spices. I think daily is fine to keep an eye on, but I wouldn't make any decisions, like adjusting my calorie target, based on it since weight tends to fluctuate when checked daily. But like you said it's personal preference. Personally I do weekly but I'm not too concerned with the number on the scale.

Halo top uses erythritol, which was shown clinically to be safe for consumption at high dose and frequency (daily). Like anything it's fine in moderation. So I say eat halo top and exercise. ☺️
