now then Mucuna Pruriens is what you need It is a good source of the amino acid L-dopa which is the precursor to dopamine. Lowered dopamine levels are implicated in lots of disorders including anxiety and depression. Crucially it can cross the blood brain barrier so is highly effective. it's not a flaw the calories you have set to lose weight does not include additional, intentional exercise so when you exercise if you don't eat the calories back you will have a bigger deficit That's what happened in my case - I was set to drop 2lb per week. I did approx 2400 in additional exercise per week and ended up…
-
Hmm you sure that's not your maintenance? I started out at 292lb and my maintenance was 2760 per day I ate 2000, did some exercise (did not eat those back) and dropped 2.7 per week for 23 weeks straight
-
Dropping to 1200 will only see you drop a further 0.4lb per week so probably better to stick to 1400 which will be easier to achieve, more satisfying and sustainable for longer good luck
