I usually use measuring cups as most serving sizes are based on that. For things like chicken breast, I use the scale.

Yes, I am careful with portion sizes. I measure everything. I also pay attention to daily limits of carbs, fat, sugar, sodium,etc. I track food and exercise separately. The food gets tracked on here and exercise on the Fitbit app. I don't eat exercise calories...that would be entirely counterproductive.
