Don't worry , put on your headphones, earpiece or whatever you use , turn up the music and concentrate on yourself. You will be just fine. It works for me

I normally have a whey protein shake about 30 minutes before workout. Followed by a pre work out drink. Give me more strength to complete cardio and strength training

I do cardio for 15 minutes every morning then hit the weights. Working on bi ceps and chest today

I worried myself crazy over this , til I realized that I'm a 50 year old man which of course my body has changed with age but I have seen much improvement by eating lean protein, cutting out sugars , drinking plenty of water and low carbs. Like me , I struggle with a small gut. It's all I can do to keep going. I'm 50 years old and I am now on my 5 th month at the gym. I let a friend of mine cut ,blow and weed eat. Helps the both of us. Only 60 a cut every two weeks
