Take a look at your food preparation. Spices and seasonings can add excitement to foods. Crunchy (raw veggies) may help to satisfy as well. I've heard that both these things bring fulfillment to eating. For me the spices and seasonings are the best because it enhances the flavor of food.

Not an expert. Just a suggestion. Cook those veggies you like the most. Find recipes that introduce seasonings that provide an exciting flavor to your fav veggies. If no carbs before bed, those cooked veggies and water. .then some fiber (to fill) in the morning.
