I stopped eating peanut butter because I had to. My stomach would cramp horribly and I've been eating it all my life. I chalk it up to being older, I don't know. I can eat other nut butters, though. I'm afraid to try it again the pain was so bad. I'd sometimes open a jar at work and smell it. It still smells soooo good.

I made kefir a few times. Didn't like it. I was on a kefir, kombucha, buttermilk kick for a bit and gave that up altogether too.

Protein Cookies. there's a restaurant that makes homemade ones with either almond flour, coconut flour, or buckwheat flour and they have either raisins or chocolate chips in them. I'm enjoying those until I make myself stop.

I log every day. When I reach my weight loss goal I think I will continue to log but perhaps every other day. I also find it tedious, but it's very helpful. Someone posted that after reaching their goal, they no longer log but they weigh themselves every day so if the scale goes over their 5lb limit, it's time to start…

Thanks everyone for your advice. I was checking to see if I should just suck it up or not if I was feeling hungry at the end of the day (or whenever) but I will manage my proteins and definitely work to get more fiber in. I truly appreciate all of your comments.

It was bad when I could barely fasten my bra. I had to turn it to the front to fasten it and take a deep breath to turn it back around. The whole day I'd feel like I was suffocating. Refused to buy bigger ones as they are expensive. That was enough for me.

How about some more fats? Nuts. Avocado. That might tide you over and would get your calories up. Maybe put a nut butter on your apples.
