I like your post. I felt the same way 2 days ago. I just wanted to begin right away and not wait. I like the food and exercise log part of this site the best so far. Welcome and good luck! I'd like to add a tip I have noticed for myself: be sure to try the food (and exercise) log. That helped to open my eyes to portion size and the calorie content.

First two days were an eye opener, especially tracking the food. I was as diligent as I could be having not used this site before. Numbers went up quicker than I thought. (lol) Anyway, will try to be more conscious now that I can see how it works. I did make the exercise goal and even went above by 10 min. (yeah for me!)…
