I’ve lost 100 lbs so far over the last 2 years. I don’t have much loose skin to speak of. I think strength training and the slower rate of loss may have helped me but genetics probably played a big role as well.

It took me over a month to lose the 1.2 lbs to get me to 100 lbs, but I did it!!! Next stop is to get into the 170’s...only 3.2 lbs to go.

Was upset at first this morning because my jeans were feeling a little snug, WTH! Then realized I accidentally put on a pair that were way too small before and they fit now. 👍

I go to a gym after work that’s close to my workplace. By the time I’m done traffic has subsided and I get to coast all the way home. Win win, lol.

My husband’s coworker told me I look amazing and she told my husband he needs to change the pictures he has of me on his desk if this is what I look like now, lol.

I wore a dress today and felt like a million bucks in it. I can’t remember the last time I wore one.

I dreamt that I had a baby elephant sitting in my lap and he was so soft and furry that I couldn’t stop cuddling him. When I went to snap a picture of him he posed for the camera, lol. I remember thinking in my dream that I never knew baby elephants were so soft 🥰 🐘 Woke up with the biggest smile lol.

3x per week strength training with a trainer some cardio included but not the main focus. 2x per week yoga class.

Pushups are friggin hard! I’ve been going to the gym 3 times a week with a personal trainer for over a year and I’m still not doing full regular push ups. I can relate to this so much. I lose inches everywhere pretty consistently, but pretty near zilch on the calves.

I can’t sleep if I’m hungry. I usually have a snack around 9:30 pm. It’s counted for in my day.

I really like strength training. I don’t enjoy the days at the gym that are more focused on cardio, although I do like seeing the improvements to my endurance.
