I'm 5'1 looking to lose about 23lbs. I started off wanting to lose almost 40lbs so I'm almost halfway through my journey. Got pregnant and gave birth 5 weeks ago so I'm just about ready to get back and continue with it. Feel free to add me.

My baby is 4 weeks old and I'm slowly starting to watch what I'm eating and taking a 15 minute walk/very slow jog each morning to begin with.

I'm at 27 weeks and trying so hard to stay motivated and exercising. It's hard with the pressure down below and the belly but I'm managing a small workout 3 days a week along with some longish walks.

I use the scales for meats, vets, dry pasta and the likes of them good stuffs and use the cups for liquids, sauces and the likes... I believe my diary is public already but I can try to change it if it's not... It's been about 2 months unfortunately, my weight goes up and down by 1lb... I weigh myself daily but only log itβ¦

I don't believe logging is my problem, I log accurately and cross reference with the labels on the package using a digital scale and measuring cups... I use this app and fitbit... No recent injuries or surgery, also no recent change to exercise routine... I exercise 5 days a week, 3 days weight training and 2 daysβ¦

Half the battle is figuring out your triggers so you're already half way there... maybe when you get stressed or emotional you could take a walk or have healthy treats on standby... I find I want something to crunch on when I get emotional so maybe some nuts or even some apples...

Having a "cheat" breakfast tomorrow morning as Monday mornings are my weigh ins :) I'm going to have a pancake with chocolate spread and a class of orange juice :yum:
