  • My priority each day is to make sure to take time for myself, to exercise and track my food. Perhaps someday I may to modify parts of my day but I think I can find other areas to reduce my health is most important. Walked today an unheard of sudden blast of heat it was a struggle to get the lunch time walk down but made it…
  • Every single day I weigh myself it’s a habit and also a tool to use to think about food/exercise choices for the day
  • ✅✅✅ To be consistent with tai chi and meditation that goes along with being mindful about what I put in my mouth which equates to exercise.
  • Did they fix it?? That was fast let’s try again 😂😂 Looks like they did
  • For dinner I had baked skinless chicken breast with seasoning, halo orange, homemade mashed potaty with a little butter and air fried green beans. Core work, flexibility work, catch with the dog tracked and logged.
  • I may hit maintenance before they fix the problem !!

  • When I had the radial head re attached with screws almost 6 years ago it was at the beginning of summer. My exercised suffered and my lack of appetite probably saved me I am right handed and it was my right arm. I was 54 and didn’t always like asking for someone to cut up my food lol. I made it and by mid August was…

  • Busy day with yard work just the beginning but we got a good head start. No Easter gathering this year COVID had struck again but when I was a kid my mom and dad hosted dinner with what today would be an a very high fat and rich dinner. Today we usually do a brunch when everyone is healthy. Tomorrow’s plan a quiet day.…

  • Finding myself slacking a bit or it’s a OA flare my structured exercise is waning I keep at my tai chi meditation and some core work but the knees are screaming again more so early more and at night. Trying another meatless meal for dinner a African red bean and sweet potato stew will let you know if it’s a keeper or not.
  • Gotta luv autocorrect!! See it didn’t pick up “luv”, my month is going well good increase in more meals with out meat chicken or fish can’t say I miss them too much maybe it will be more of a challenge once BBQ season arrives. Completed my challenge early and remain committed to my health and wellness each day,
  • I will finish my 100 mile challenge I am close only 10 miles to go and done before spring starts could finish this weekend. Even after it’s done I will be the person who keeps moving
  • My March objectives. I am committed to my wellness both physically and mentally. I am going to finish my 100 mile challenge for winter. I am going to continue to eat more meatless meals (includes chicken and fish). I got this.
  • I feel successful for February I hope March is as good to me who else feels like a success?
  • Began tai chi again continuing with meditation and strength work for my self care as I need to reduce my overall body fat % it’s stuck where I don’t want it to be. It’s not awful but not grand. My self care also includes me time for reading, music playing etc.
  • My goals are finally turning to real habits especially my meditation I look forward to starting my day this way followed by a coffee or two. I find if I can’t accomplish this in the morning my day is out of sorts when this happens I do one before I fall asleep. Glad to see everyone working to stay focused.
  • In February I will continue to increase meals that are meatless it was a good January experience. I will continue to work on meditation and my 100 mile challenge.
  • My January was a successful month for me I have been able to incorporate more meatless meals and come away with a feeling a fullness. My meditation has a firm place in my daily routine and my water consumption has increased dramatically. I hope my February is as good if not better.
