Don't get disheartened though. Your will to succeed is obviously there - you just need to tweak what you're doing. Keep positive!

Do you use the calorie counter? I swear by mine and I loose weight. If I don't track exactly what I'm eating I won't loose weight. Track everything! If you're within or below your allowance for 5 days and sensible over the weekend along with exercising 3-4 times a week you will loose weight. If you're doing lots of…

Excellent work! Keep it up.

Like a few others on here mine fluctuates from 48-54. I'm not an expert but 34 seems low. It may be that you're just extremely fit! My friends girlfriend as a static heart rate of over 100!

In 6 months I put on 18lb after losing over 40lbs. I'm currently 4lbs away from being where I was! Don't panic. Just arrest the problem and get your head down. Good luck!

Slow and steady will win the race! Good luck. I've Lost 37 pounds and now down to 169. Want to loose another 5lb and then put some muscle on.

If you're really not sure go and ask a nutritionist. 1200 is low. You…

Each to their own but every time I've lost weight significantly it is by using calorie counting. I've lost significant weight twice in past 6 years and both times I could not have done it without counting. Being organised and knowing everything of what's going in and exercise tracking is essential for me.

I haven't really got any of before mainly because I hated being in any photos. I wouldn't take ones with me in it and any I was tagged in was quickly untagged. Part of the reason I went on a diet.

I went from 14 stone 10lbs (206lb) to 11st 11lb (165lbs). Then back end of last year went back up to 13st 1lb (183lb) so I'm arresting it before it gets too late! Currently back down at 12st 5lb (173lbs). Trying to get to 12 stone, then lower, then add muscle.

I'm 30 and have lost 30 or so pounds but I still feel I can contribute to this. I would just like to add that some people say things that are basically not very helpful. My parents say things like "don't get too thin", "you have a big frame you won't lose much, you're a big lad" and, like you, "your face looks a little…
