65. Vegan with slip ups ...i have had fish in the last but no more. I am interested in WFPB. Seriously need to lose some weight. I have just started jogging again. Love the motivation of NOT Annie x

Wow. You are really going for it. I will swop and change exercise but always jog and walk in between. Being vegan to me is more than just a diet but it is amazing how varied it can be. Good luck...not that you need it. Annie x

Initially because of the animal cruelty. This is still most important to me. After a while I realised all the health benefits there are.

This article was of interest to me as my oh has a leaky heart valve. The doctor said cut cholesterol intake as a precaution. His was 5.8 which is nt bad. So no processed meat and no more than 2 eggs per week. So either with salad for lunch. Toast. Or we do a cooked vegan style breakfast occasionally. Hash brown scrambled…

I read about cell renewal...it is called autophogy I think. I like 6/8. At worstt it is an easy way to cut calories, at best it it has health benefits...or so they think. I have gone back to it and lost a few pounds over Christmas. Like all thinks we need to do what works for us. Annie x

I am 65. I started jogging a few years ago. I walk. Play with our grandchildren. Travel. Enjoy life. People say I don t know how you do it. I feel like saying well I would be bored stiff just sitting in a chair all day. Don t get me wrong I need to rest but am not ready to be written off yet

Very well done. I was a lapsed vegan I was eating yoghurt and fish. However I am definatley going to buy vegan yoghurt now. The fish will be harder but I will do it. My oh is nt vegan but has to. cut out red me so he is really flexitarian now. I make curries ,tagines etc from scratch and sometimes do meat versions for him.…

I am in. I ve been losing 1lb a week doing 16/8 intermtitent fasting. I dont eat meat or drink milk. I do sometimes have cheese and fish but am working on getting rid of them from my diet. 65. So, not giving up infact life can only get more wonderful. I have lost about 11 lbs. Started jogging. Gained two wonderful grandsons. Just want to get from size 16 to 12/14.
