  • I'm definitely the same and have been struggling with this recently! I'm just trying to acknowledge my stomach hunger instead😅 I find if my mouth is hungry then I tend to be bored or not doing anything productive, so perhaps keep yourself busy?

  • For me I struggle with this a lot, but I would recommend eating enough at dinner, and then either setting a time you won't eat past (so I try to avoid eating past 7:30 most days) or having a set nighttime snack (so like 100cal or something, and just account for this in your planning).
