PW: I honestly can’t locate where I wrote it down ! 124? Ish CW: 122.8 I haven’t had any motivation what so ever this week to exercise, I honestly think the cruddy cold and rain messes me up 😐. Plus It seems for me I just am drawn toward carbs more now. I find it’s a relief to see others with the same struggles!

@jmalderman I soo relate with PMS and TOM, just the lethargy in general and lack of motivation is real!! I seriously could down a jar of hot fudge and ice cream no problem lol
