I like simple and fresh!...easy!....fresh cauliflower,air fryer chicken legs, and sweet potato fries with spray butter and cinnamon on them!....snack tonight is veggie chips, an apple and string cheese!

I am 69 and I have lost over 100 lbs in the last 18 months...I swim a lot and I eat back 25% of the calories MFP suggests...this is just enough more fuel to keep me going with no ill effects...on rest days I try to eat a little less!

It’s a horrible cycle...trying so hard to break old habits....I ate candy, plus frozen cookies!...and more....sick as a dog today!

It’s been a while since I posted on binging but here I am repeating the same mistakes!...the last 36 hours have been a horrible binge....but here I am still fighting the battle!...I will eventually win the war!

Tonight we are have lean ground beef patties, roasted potatoes, fresh broccoli and salad!...snack will be an apple and popcorn!

I am going to try this again! 1) stay under calorie goal 2) no eating after 9 p.m. 3) sleep 8 hours 4) drink at least 4 bottles of 16 oz. water a day

We had tostados with leftover BBQ pulled pork on them with slaw and mozzerella melted on top...I spiced mine up with salsa and jalapeños....they were sooooo good!....popcorn later for a snack!

If I can lose weight, anyone can...finally at 69 years old, I decided to stop letting food rule my life!...in 18 months I have lost 103+ pounds...you have to really be serious about losing weight to stick with any diet...I wish I had taken my health more seriously 40 years ago!...if you don’t lose weight you have no idea…
