I drink about 10-12 cups of tea per day (I drink English Breakfast.- it's my favourite). I make weight-watchers meals every day from www.simplenourishedliving.com. I was doing simple calorie counting, 1000-1200 calories/ day but then I've been stuck at 201, 200, 199 for the last month or so. Yes, my CL has 3 calories a cup (iced tea flavour). I honestly thought it had no calories! I agree it should be counted then. I know that for WW, it's considered water, but it's been 5 years or so since I was on WW. I tend to think it's an alternative to plain water, but I just wanted to know what others think... :)

I love tea! I've been drinking it in the mornings instead of coffee. I do not like "fruity" teas. My favorite is English breakfast tea. I adore chai as well - smells so good, I'd wear it as a cologne!!
