Thank you :smile: I stayed true to my calories in and did not eat any back. I got an hour of exercise each day, at least an hour, except one day as a rest day. As for soup, I don't often cook soup myself, even though I love it. I have progresso light a couple times a week. It's pretty tasty at under 150 calories a can.…
