Sustaining that weight you're comfortable with is the challenge. I know I can reach my goal, the question is... can I sustain it after I reach it?

I made chicken piccata using Palmini angel hair noodles (replacing pasta). Used almond flour to coat the chicken and of course capers, chicken stock (low sodium), a little butter (got to have some fat), fresh squeezed lemon juice, and fresh chopped Italian parsley.

Please share the balut? BTW, I still eat pizza too, just before 6pm and no more than a slice. If I eat two slices...well then it's time for a good walk with the dog :)

I do all training at home or the good old outdoors (running/walking the dog). All indoor training is FREE via YouTube :) . Full body workouts with weights and kickboxing works great on those cold/rainy days.

This stuff has done wonders replacing that pasta we all love.

The cool thing is you can make stuff that tastes just as good without the fat and carbs (or reduced significantly). It's amazing what the internet and YouTube can do to help. My biggest problem before MFP was eating too late at night and portions were too big.

I just got back from a 2.5 mile run with my GSP dog. That's one advantage that I don't have at work is running and getting sweaty over lunchtime. You can't shower at my work. The mid-day walk is my after-work walk before dinner. Also eating before 6pm is my goal. Thanks for the response :)
