My NSV is that I now know that going on vacation or going home is the real treat. Vacation does not equate to "diet vacation" or "I can eat what I want" --because for me, this is a lifestyle change not a diet.

hahahahaha relatable....My husband likes a DiGiorno square thin crust...and sometimes when I think I want a piece I look at the box for serving size and calories ...square pizza calories are per 1/5th of a pie --why not 1/4????

ALL of my bloodwork was within range! -C-Reaction (code for inflammation was way under compared to October 2021) Overall cholesterol was under 200, but LDL was 2 points over....no way doctor is making me give up my one slice of bacon per day!!!! B)

Please help me understand this. I have found that it makes much less when I add the water. so to get the same amount "of premixed so to speak" - the calories are the same? Am I looking at this wrong, because I do miss peanut butter!

Same. Almost everything I eat has to have pepper, or salsa or hot pepper spread - I welcome it because I feel like it stops my cravings for sweets --who knows? I could have just made that up but it works for me.

IF you are doing the right things then an increase is water and waste. At some point you would have to agree that daily loss IS weight loss. Chipping away .1 or .2 at a time

We got about 5-6 inches too.....and I was secretly excited to go out and shovel! I went out to dust the cars off so my hubbs could snow blow, but by the time he came out, I was 1/3 of the way done and said---never mind the snowblower, I GOT THIS.
