Today I didn’t meet my waking goal although I did do good on my diet and I walked a mile

I am going to try to walk 2 miles a day for all of June

I am not a vegetarian and I am not sure what it’s like but maybe try more olive oils, nuts, healthy deserts (blueberry’s with whipped cream) or maybe caramel with apples. Also, maybe try dried foods like dehydrated apples, bananas, and Strawberries since it is smaller than its original form so it may be easier to eat more.

Hello, so this is what I do whenever I am hungry (after I have drank water and found out that I was for sure hungry) I may have a healthy snack in between meals so that you can get your mind off the hunger or maybe exercise a bit

It could be possibly not being used to waking up at that time. And you said you started going to the gym maybe your body could still be getting used to that. I am not sure if this is recommended maybe eat something like a protein bar before you go. Or something that is healthy and gives you energy.
