We have a Purple Heart Society pickup scheduled for the 27th. We're cleaning out all closets this weekend. I've already got 5 boxes packed and at least 5 more to go. I can't wait to have all of that space back.

Woo Hoo!!!! Way to go!!!!

That's definitely the way it is with me too. If I'm exercising, I end up wanting to eat better. I crave better foods. It's like a symbiotic relationship.

Oh Diane, I am so sorry to hear about MaryAnn. Your news is the latest of many recent reminders for me that life is so fragile. I am sorry for the loss of your friend. She was an amazing force on Spark and I know that you guys were so close. I was dog_mom on Spark. I'm going to pass on this round of the 5% challenge, the…

Pam congrats on your successful weight loss and congrats on your maintenance!

I'm really nervous about the first part of your post. I really hope that at some point intuitively understanding what normal healthy eating is will happen. Right now I religiously weigh, measure, and log because if I don't, I start having problems.

Diane, I'm so sorry you ended up with foot issues and infection again. I was one of the Underdawgs in Spark back during your initial surgery. I'm so glad you're healing and keeping my fingers crossed that the antibiotics cure your infection and that it's gone for good. Wishing you the best during the fall challenge and…

My posture has definitely gotten better since my bewbs have also shrunk over time and aren't pulling me forward.

Congrats! Way to go on reaching that milestone!

Way to go! Awesome job!

Happy Early Birthday to me!! My birthday is tomorrow and I hit 198.8 this morning. My next mini-goal is to get into a size L clothes.

I didn't come this far to only come this far.

As inadequate as this sentiment is, I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my mom in April 2020 and it took many false starts and until April 2022 to finally get off the emotional eating and drinking train. I admire your small goals and know exactly how hard it is to try and make those first small steps after the loss of your…

Way to go! I am so excited for you to make it to Onederland!!!!

When I wasn't heavy, there was a divot on the inside of my elbow when I'd flex my bicep to lift something. It's starting to come back. :)

I hear you. I used to joke that I didn't have wrinkles because the fat in my face was filling them out. Didn't think that it was actually true. . . . and yet, here I am with laugh lines and wrinkles around my eyes. I agree through, I'll take the wrinkles over the fat.

I am definitely out of my old size. I was moving furniture up a set of stairs today and was deathly afraid that I was not going to make it to the top of the stairs before my pants opted to drop to my ankles, trip me, and expose my skivvies.

Total win! Way to go!

I'm in the process of backing into old pants and using exercise clothes to cover the gaps at this point. Though I'm definitely going to end up buying a bunch of clothes eventually. Looking forward to the new clothes. Not looking forward to the credit card bill.

My birthday is in early August. My goal is to reach Onederland by my birthday. It's doable if I stay on track between now and then.

Those are the best sports to play, ones where it doesn't matter how good or bad you are, whether you win or lose, you're just having a blast playing. I hope that you didn't injure yourself too badly and that you're healed enough to play next week. Awesome NSV.

Way to go, Diane! Congrats on the loss!

I had to work offsite last week in the office of a MAJOR feeder. There were bowls of chocolates along the conference table, 3 dedicated snack tables full of nothing but junk, a soda fridge, and a beer fridge. I touched none of it and stayed on plan all week.

Amazing job!!!

Looking great! Congrats on the loss!

That's incredible and inspiring. So happy for you!
