Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shreds involves a mix of cardio and strength training. There are three levels with level 1 for beginners and each level progressively gets harder. The workout is 20 minutes and a great workout at that.

I do level two and burn around 285 calories. It doesnt burn much but I still love the workout.

Once I reach my goal weight Im cutting my hair short and having glamour shots done...Oh and jean shopping :)

Ive had it since April. Its a good workout but Im starting to get burnt out after six months. To switch it up I joined fitness connection two weeks ago. I recommend it. I hope your prepared for some soreness lol.

I have been stuck in a plateau for over a month now and it is VERY FRUSTRATING. I recently joined a gym to change up my workout routine as I was doing home workouts. Your body gets use to the same workout and "gets stuck". Hopefully we'll get out of this rutt soon!!!

My close friend has been encouraging me to take some Jiu Jitsu classes. Hes been taking classes a few years and is finally fighting in an amateur card this summer. He cant seem to get enough of it. I hear its an awesome workout. I just dont know if I would be aggressive enough for the sport.

Good job! Nursing is also great for losing weight! I nursed my son for 9 months and lost all 48 lbs of my weight that I had gained throughout the pregnancy. Dont punish yourself for a guilty pleasure when your nursing. Remember you burn up to 500 calories every day that you nurse!! Awesome job, once again.
