I have a 16 year old cat named Mister. She is black with a white spot on her chest. She likes to sit next to me on the couch patiently waiting while I eat dinner and looks for dropped food when I am done but I never drop any. Would it be ok to call her Roomba anyways?

Thanks, I checked out the DASH diet and it looks doable for me. Now I have a direction to go in in my quest to lower my sodium. Should I start a new "Low Sodium" group or thread or try to use this post to start a low sodium heart healthy thread with this one? I don't think I can do it alone.

Hello, I recently had heart surgery and it seems my diet was a major cause. Does MFP have any active Heart Healthy threads and groups? I need to lower my sodium intake soon.
