I would like to join. My goal has been for 11,000 a day. I haven't always made it so I'd like some accountability.

June 1st - 7,565. It was a rough day for me. I'll do better today.

This is hands down the absolutely best post I have ever read here. Thank you.

I'm in. I have currently upped my daily goal to 11,000. I don't always get there but I'm trying.

Feel free to add me. I plan to start C25K this week. I've done it before and it was awesome. I actually became a runner. (before I fell off the workout wagon). It sounds like you might be able to motivate me. 49 lbs. since January is amazing. :)

My name is Tammy and I am 5'1" and currently weigh 155.5. I have don Shred in the past and loved it and saw inches drop so quickly. I swear I dropped an inch in my waist in the first week. I am trying to drop 20 pounds by watching my calorie intake and getting my 10,000 steps in a day. It's very slow going so I decided I…

Thank you. She is going home today. I'm so relieved. I'm down another pound to 157.5. Keep at it all!

I'm still in it. My Mom fell and broke her leg in 4 places and had to have surgery so I've been dealing with that. Starting Weight: 162.5 Current Weight: 158 Goal Weight: 154

Holy cow!!! 20,000 is awesome. I'm happy when I get 10,000 and over the moon if I get 15,000.

That should have said I fooled my kids, not food. Oh boy
-
I food my kids with this for years. They always asked form mama's homemade pizza crust. Haha. I was just thinking about making some the other day. Yes you can pick it up like a pizza if done right. I would make personal size crusts and freeze them.

I started on August 28th (the day I signed up for this challenge) at 162.5. As of this morning I was 158.5 so I'm very happy with that loss so far. I've been able to do 10,000 steps every day and have not given in to my Mountain Dew urge (haha). I'm eating within my daily allowances and hope to see another pound gone by…

I'm down another pound so that is a total of 3.5 pounds since starting. I know that will slow down in the coming days and weeks because I'm sure it is water weight. However, it makes me feel so inspired to keep going. Almost too inspired (haha). This is the point I always want to take off and start adding a bunch of…

If you are interested in running, I highly recommend the above mentioned C25K. It got this non-runner to fall in love with running. As for what to eat, you have to do your research and find out what works for you. I'd say start by logging EVERYTHING you eat. Consistency is the key.

I didn't need a receipt when I lost my Fitbit Flex. They sent me another one no questions asked. When I decided to upgrade I didn't even look into other brands because customer service was so great with them. I bought the Charge HR.
-
Still at it. I've lost 2 pounds. :) I have completely given up my beloved Mountain Dew. I stayed on track yesterday and got my 10,000 steps in.
-
I'm still in. I'm doing well so far. Hubby and I have cut out all bad carbs and so far it has been great. I plan to go for a long walk (or maybe even run) this afternoon if the weather holds out.
-
I want to join. Me and my hubby are really wanting to shed some pounds and get healthy. We started cleaning up our diet last week. I'm 5'1" and 162.5 as of this morning. (yuck). I'd love to lose 8 pounds by Halloween.
-
Oh and I'm also tracking my daily steps using my Fitbit. Anyone who wants to add me, please feel free. //www.fitbit.com/user/2Y2RD5

I'm 5'1" and 160. Want to be 125. I'm starting to run again and want to get back to doing my Jillian DVD's. I broke my arm in multiple places in November and had to have a plate and screws put in so I'm just now able to start trying to do push-ups etc with it again.
-
Can I get in on this? It's been way too long since I put myself first and exercised regularly.
-
I had the Flex and liked it but it kept coming off my arm and eventually was lost forever. I now have the Charge HR and love it. It goes on like a watch so I'm not losing it. I love how motivated I stay with my Fitbit. I make a conscious effort to get up from my desk and walk around during the day.
