Ugh, I'm in one of those points as well. It's so annoying. My problem is, i go off plan for 3 days and gain 5 lbs, and then have to spend 2 weeks losing the same 5 lbs. I'm starting to think pistachios may be my problem.

Try the ground flax seed, Splenda, and wheat bran. This is the first time I have felt ok on medifast. Much less stinky!

After a c section, my OB called it her "floofy place". She said it does not go away. It sucks because its now the part of my waist that holds my jeans up.
