Ok, I made it, and ate it. For a diet cake, it was good. I didn't have applesauce, so I used 2 TB of pumpkin. I added cinnamon, extra sweetening, and used 1 egg in place of the egg whites. It was 139 calories. But I didn't get to eat all of it by myself....I had it on a plate and I had chopped it apart a little and my two…

Hi there! I don't know for you, but I always try to go over with my protein. I simply function better when I consume 80-100grams of protein daily....I don't always get that much, though. :-) I'd like to hear others thoughts on this, too.
