I haven't done this challenge but I do squats regularly on my own. My old Zumba instructor used to say... "When in doubt, SQUAT!" I always keep that in mind!

Chicken wraps. Put lots of veggies and wrap it in a healthy wrap. Quick and delicious.

Oh, so young! Happy for you! Congratulations and all the best for a healthy future!

I stopped buying/eating crackers and chips. Salty foods are a weakness for me! Can't have them around! Also, I cut out diet coke! Got to the point I would drink 3 or 4 a day. No more! Maybe 1 every few weeks and it doesn't even taste that good to me anymore.

^^^ This! Old Navy carries up to 4X (I believe) online.
-
I always want to eat right before I go to bed! Drink a lot of water or chew gum, do something else to keep yourself busy so you don't have your mind on it. Just a few things that help me.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/womans_lean_sexy_bible.htm Even shows videos on how to preform the lift correctly. Lots of good information.

I've lost 36 lbs. and I'm only down 2... almost 3 pant sizes. The next size down is still too snug. Working on it, though! I think it all depends your body shape. My friend is 25 lbs. less than me and she wears a size bigger than me all because she is "hippy".

It will show. I, too, have about 30 lbs. I would left to lose. I have been lifting for about 2 months now and I am definitely seeing definition and my measurements are getting smaller! Slowly... but I would rather have that than quickly lose. I am still doing a lot of cardio!!! Not sure how old you are but women need more…

Crunchy Peanut butter! Chocolate! And I noticed today the custard/ice cream shops are starting to open up for the spring/summer season! That will be hard to resist!

I weigh and measure EVERYTHING!!! Portion control is so very important! I use smaller plates and bowls. Less processed foods! It was tough giving up crackers and chips. I'm a sucker for salty foods. I exercise and work my butt off at the gym!!! If I'm not a sweaty mess by the time I leave, I feel like it wasn't good enough.
-
Nay, very kind of you!! and nay!

I made stuffed bell peppers last night. Green peppers cleaned out, ground turkey, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes (I prefer to use fresh), chopped onion, green chilies for a little kick. You can add brown rice to the mix but I didn't have any on hand.

Great job ladies! A lot of hard work going on here! Give me 3 more months! I'm making progress and I WILL get to my goal soon! As someone said earlier... Keep on keepin' on!

^^^ This!! My mom gets charlie horse cramps all the time and many nurse friends recommended tonic water because of the quinine! She says it has helped. Give it a try!

When I use the machines, my heart rate is pretty accurate to what my HRM says however, yes, the calorie count is usually 100 calories (give or take a few) off. Normally it says 100 calories more than my HRM.

^^ This! I bury stuff in my freezer so I can't see it and then eventually I forget about it!

Easier said than done but don't feel guilty. There will always be temptations in life. Personally, if I don't eat some of the "good stuff" occasionally, I will splurge and eat way more than I should. Tomorrow is a new day!
-
I just started using the chipotle flavor to spice up my broccoli. I used to use the light swiss on crackers, etc. but had to stop buying crackers because I could easily eat them all!
-
I am proud that I had an amazing workout today and that I also have a diet coke sitting here next to me and I have not opened it and drank it! Giving it up! So far so good!
-
How much oatmeal do I measure out if I'm just using rolled oats instead of the oatmeal packets?
-
a must try!

Not sure if you are looking for shirts or sports bras but check out Old Navy's active wear. They have what's called bubble tops. Love them! They are loose fitting and comfy! Not sure what size you need but they go up to a 2x is women's and then up to 4x for plus size.
-
^^ This. Plain quick oats oatmeal. Simple, quick, and no extra added "stuff" in it! I add a little cinnamon, milk and maybe stevia and you're good to go!

^^^ Thanks for that routine suggestion. Nice to have when I can't make it to the gym!
