Blue diamond dark chocolate (cocoa) almonds!!! DELICIOUS... however, be sure to manage the serving sizes!

Love my polar ft7!! No problems with the chest strap. If using machines at the gym, there is usually quite a difference on the calories burned count. So glad I have it!

Leslie Sansone walking dvds are great if you are just beginning to exercise. I feel I need a higher intensity workout now but it's how I got started a few years ago.

If you are burning at least 700 calories per workout, only eating 1200-1300 calories is not enough. Increase your calorie intake, eat more! Change the setting to lose only 1 lb. per week. Also, search the "eat more to weigh less" threads. That should give you some ideas as well. Good luck!

Makes me want to go to Key West now!!!

I dice up avocado and put it on my salads. I also found this recipe on Pinterest... via skinnytaste.com. I changed a few ingredients but overall it was pretty tasty! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/06/shrimp-quesadillas-with-tomato-avocado.html

Way to give the challenge a try! Nice work!

I'm in! And I did it! Didn't think I was going to make the full 60 sec. on the last plank but I conquered!

Yes, it's nice to have someone say hey, get going, you've got this but when it comes down to it, YOU are your biggest cheerleader! YOU have to want to do this for yourself! All of us on MFP are here to support but we are behind a computer screen. Make yourself feel good and move forward! We all have setbacks! Put it behind…

Such an amazing feeling! Way to go!

Food scale (got a digital one at Wal-mart for $20), measuring cups, small plates and bowls trick the mind to think you have more. These are my friends daily! Read the serving sizes on the food labels. I start with that then if I want more and I have calories to use, I will allow myself more.

Fantastic job to all of you! Very inspiring! I need to dig out a before picture. Unfortunately, I was the one who made sure those pictures were deleted because I hated how I looked!

@ sdtplus5: So happy with your little man! Great pic together!

Suggestions: high fiber cereals with skim milk, oatmeal, cottage cheese, fruit, greek yogurt and frozen fruit to make a smoothie.

Way to keep motivated and not give up! Feel free to add me! Good luck!

Hi! Would love to support and find more support! I have been using MFP for about a year as well. My log in days was reset over Labor Day weekend because I was on vacation in the mountains with no outside communication! It was kind of nice but I was bummed. I would be close to 260 log in days now. Anyway, I have lost 30…

Holy man! Simply amazing and inspiring! I'm glad I got on here. I was about to reach for the M&M's but now I will think twice about that! : ) I haven't come across a post yet that is as well said as yours! Congratulations!

Same here! I like it!

The salty carb foods get me... chips, crackers, etc. Sometimes I get in those moods where I just want to keep eating even when I know it's wrong! I know I shouldn't even buy the crazy stuff and eventually I'm going to have to stop because it is a trigger food for me! Just not quite yet... : )

Definitely a noticeable difference! Congrats on all of your hard work! Keep it up!
