Week one wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either. I went thru 30DS and liked it for the most part. My weight loss was fairly significant in the first week (2lbs), didn't lose any the 2nd week, but lost inches and could see the difference in my strength and energy levels. Loved todays goal of stretching! Fit in perfect after being on the treadmill. Had to finish up the last 20 calf raises today though. :S I completely forgot about them yesterday. Drank a lot today. I feel much better!

Didn't see Day 1 till 10 last night due to a really busy day, and not feeling well over the weekend. Will definitely be working on Day 2 though!

yes...hot gooey brownies and coffee... Let yourself eat some so you don't end up binge eating it. Then work out an extra 10-15 mins if you need too.

I haven't heard much about this, but isn't he going to end up making himself sick before he proves his point? I can't imagine you go from an extremely healthy life style to purposely eating a bunch of fatty foods and not suffer bad consequences.

ugh! I did that falling down some stairs. I feel your pain! I couldn't move much at all for about three day. =S My sugestions would be, light walking, swimming...maybe some easy biking?

I used to do the same thing in college. =( try eating more protein and drinking more water during the day. Also, do you take a good vitamin? I have heard that sometimes when you have cravings for a lot of a certain food, you could be low in a nutrient. I had to eventually get most of the junk food out of the house then…

you should be eating at least your 1200 daily calories. That daily goal already includes a deficit that is set by MFP so, you also should be eating your exercise calories too. I had trouble to with understanding how eating more actually made me lose more in the end, but it is working so far.

eww..balogna... I don't like tater-tot casserole. Had to eat a nasty version of it at camp when I was a kid and have never been able to eat it since. Blah...even thinking about it makes me want to gag...

Have you heard of the natural sweetner called stevia? So far I don't think anyone has found anything in it that's bad for you. I believe they make flavored drops like, sweet lemon, orange, vanilla, etc. with stevia. I have only ever used the plain one but you might like them.

You should try eating more of your calories earlier in the day. Maybe try to have toast or eggs or something for breakfast in addition to the protein bar or shake. I don't get to exercise till late evening either and I know I definitely do not feel like eating after that!
