I really think people have trouble realizing they truly can eat ANY type of food they want if they just track it and stay within the goal. 3 fried chicken strips (entree only) from Chick-fil-a are only 360 calories and their buffalo sauce is only 10 calories. They'll also give you a HUGE water in the giant styrofoam cup for free. It's my go-to fast food meal if I'm in a hurry or if I'm craving it.

I'm not sure how the TM compares with a Warrior Dash, but I did the WD completely out of shape and with no training and it was fine. I didn't win, though. LOL The climb up the wall and the jump to the pole I had to slide down was scary, but that wasn't an issue of being in shape.

Did I misread her post or did she reply that she is "playing frisbee and carrying her son around"? This is NOT treading water. Also, unless you're wearing a HRM during exercise, I wouldn't feel comfortable logging exercise calories unless they were reduced by about 30% (I'm no expert of course).

Crystal Light has 5 calories per serving. One packet that you put in a water bottle is 2 servings, so each packet is 10 calories. Still not much, but it does have calories (at least all the flavors I like do!) Drink up!
