Try to drink lots of water if you are hungry. I tend to snack on Clementines, they are sweet and juicy and stop me from snacking on chocolate.... although every now and again I do have the odd choco treat :wink: xxx

Sushi.... I used to turn my nose up at Sushi, but all the girls in my office eat it all the time and I have started to enjoy it more and more. I think vegetable sushi is the best with soy sauce... mmm! :happy:

If you ate that item first, then click on the rest of the items and re-add them, eventually the item you ate first will be at the top. I suppose it will take the same amount of time as deleting them all. But its how I do it x

I used to hate that too, but there is a way around it!! Instead of deleting the item, just re click on it and then click add again and it will put it to the bottom :wink: x

Plan your meals in advance, even if they are a bit naughty (as long as your under your calories) I usually go for a swim on a Saturday or Sunday to earn some extra calories for some treats :wink: xx
