Thanks for all of the responses :) It is definitely a good motivational tool because that is my favorite thing to do after I enter in my food entry for the day. I'm going to mark it on my calendar and see how accurate it is like some of you suggested. Jessica

Don't worry about it! You are probably fueling your body by eating those calories back anyway. Did you take measurements and before/after pictures? Those days are the worst, I've had them too. What I've learned from the workout programs I do is to just give it ten minutes and after that ten minutes if you really aren't feeling it then stop. But usually by then you will be pumped up and ready to ROCK it! Jessica

You could drink Miller Genuine Draft 64-it only has 64 calories in it or Bud Select 55-which only has 55 calories. That is if you like beer, plus vodka will get you drunk pretty fast especially since you are eating less. But if that's what you're looking for then go for it :)
