Would like a chest tattoo but I'm too chicken! lol, I live in a very conservative area and I find it difficult to go against the grain to much! Plus hubby hates tattoos and would kill me! (actually note to this hubby hates tattoos on me but finds other women with tattoos eg suicide girls and such hot?! WTF)

My treadmill doesn't have a weight entry and I get a similar descrepancy, I use an app on my phone and MFP and they both tend to be very similar so I'd go with MFP or find a calc on the net.

I suffer from GAD although this has been well controlled with medication for many years, I also find meditation and yoga very good, I'm honestly not sure why people are so down on medication, seems to be quite the stigma with mental illness and medication, wether people think they'll be looked down on as weak or something…
