The problem with any breads, be it: white, wheat, rice, pasta, and more.. is that it's all bad for you since it's made HORRIBLY wrong. There's a lot of arsenic sneaking into those foods and the levels that, while regulated, are still not great for us.. so, yeah, I imagine you'd get quite a lot out of not eating those.…

Maybe invest in a juicer and just drink pure, natural water found in fruits and veggies? I mean, that's if you're truly seeking some kind of water. Otherwise, just keep course with healthy liquids. Water is in nearly everything, already.

I agree with detoxing. Detoxing gets rid of what's already unneeded.. pretty fast, too. You lose a lot of "extra weight" and water weight, too. Does your stomach PHYSICALLY feel hungry.. or is it the mind? I drink an entire bottle of water just to see if I'm really hungry. If I still am, after that, I eat something light but chew VERY SLOWLY (especially when I've had my calories for the day.)

Calories go on the day before. Think of it as if sleeping restarts your body and you have to go through the whole process over again. Not merely because it matters.. but it may form a habit and an easier routine for you. Otherwise, I also don't think it matters much. I do it both ways, sometimes, and lost weight when I did.
