I agree that you're probably retaining water. I always retain water after exercise which is why I only weigh after my rest day. Weigh once per week after you've taken a day off from exercise.

If you are unable to do weighted leg work, then do it without the weights. Pilates and Barre workouts offer excellent leg conditioning without weights.

Chobani is the bomb! My favorites are pinapple, apple cinnamon, and pear. Brown Cow Greek yogurt is a pretty good brand of Greek yogurt too. I really don't like Dannon/Oikos compared to Chobani and Brown Cow.

I work full-time and am a single mom of 3 boys. I get up at 5am to workout. That's the only time that I can do it consistently because, as you know, evenings can get a little hectic and I just don't have the focus or energy for a workout in the evening. I workout 5-6 days/week.

I love Turbofire. It's so much fun. I do it on my cardio days. I lift weight weights, but on my cardio days, Turbofire is among my choices for cardio.

Could be a sign that your metabolism has dropped. If you've lost weight by taking your calories lower than you should have, that may have caused your metabolism to decrease. You should have your thyroid checked. Being cold all the time is one of the symptoms of low thyroid function.
