Some people work out in order to eat more…if you log your exercise the site will add in more calories to your daily amount.

Me too! Maybe we should start a last 5 pounds club. I have 5-6 to go to my healthy BMI and then I have a new goal of 10-15lbs more. But it is taking soooo long to get to these last pounds off. I wonder if I will ever get there! I have just added a weight class and will be increasing the weights. Less reps and heavier…

I personally think it's OK to save some calories from one day to splurge a little more another day. But saving calories to drink seems like a bad idea to me. I've had drinks on an empty stomach before. You won't really know how it will effect you. May not help you belt it out after all.

Yes the wrinkles have come out but I figure that my health is actually aging backwards as I lose weight and tone and am more active. My blood pressure and all of those numbers have improved to the point that they can't get much better. I suppose I can live with the wrinkles.

Many splurges! Last night BBQ ribs. Extra exercise after dinner. Today splurge shopping. Got new work out clothes and a swim suit. Now that is a reward I am really going to like.

I can't imagine not being able to eat more than 1000. I wish I had that problem! But seriously, a handful of nuts or a banana or apple with some peanut butter would add up to a few hundred quickly.

Part of my reasoning is probably because of having to clean my plate and eat stuff I hated as a kid. I didn't want to impose that on my kids. Now as teens they eat well, healthy and a variety of foods.

When my kids were little they were picky eaters. I found the healthy things they would eat and went with those. There are lots of foods that are kid friendly. Sometimes it is the way you put them together or what you call it. We used to make a hedgehog snack which was low fat cream cheese with sliced carrots stuck in it…
