My mirror image and especially the look at my photos from 6 years ago. I used to be very toned and 30lbs lighter. Can't believe I slipped so much from my diet. It is hard work to get back to where I was especially as the age progresses.

Yay, vote for JNL Fusion here. Amazing burn. i am using HRM and although I love Chalean, I burn double the amout of calories with JNL for the same time. Have been doing it for 3 weeks now and still feeling crazy challenged by it. At the same time I think, I can do anything in 30 s, right? I love this programme.

I am doing JNL Fusion at the moment and can't recommend it enough. It is the best programme so far. I think exactly the same. Whenever I am not losing, I know that I have underestimated my calories intake. It happens. Calories in have to be less than calories out. As simple as that + any time I have wine or more carbs my weight stalls.

You should be able to get back faster. If you only ate bad for 2 days, I am sure you should be fine in a couple of days. Try to eat less in next two days, i.e. around 1200 calories and focus on protein and veg. It should do the job. At least that is what happens to me.

I wouldn't get lost in tdee, bmr etc and experiment with reducing calories by 500 and you'll see.

I am a defender of real food. Eggs and smoked salmon or ham for breakfast are my favorites. I totally acknowledge the nutrients in these shakes but I can't stand sweet milk shakes for breakfast or as a substitute of any other meal. Also I think I need to chew something during my meals. That brings satisfaction.

Bananas don't work for me. I love them as well as grapes and other sweet fruit but unfortunately they make put a stop on my weight loss. I love combining both. So if you are into DVD programmes, I can highly recommend Jillian Michaels Body Revolution or JNL Fusion in particular.

Tha programme is using light weights and you can make it easier or harder based on your level. There is a different body part trained each day and she does 30s strength and 30 s cardio. My hubby tried it the other day and he considers it more intensive than Body Revolution with Jillian Michaels which he is now in week 12.…

I agree with the above. Muscle burns fat and in order to reduce fat, you have to eat clean and do cardio and strenghth exercise.
