I'm 5ft 3, 25 years old, and currently 168lbs. I've set goals on my profile, to be down to 140lbs by the end of the year. I'm going to see how that goes for me, and then decide. Weird - I'd just put a status on about restarting today!! I had brilliant results when I did it last time, I lost a lot of extra fat round my hips, and my stomach was a lot flatter. My diary is open, although this past week has been full of birthdays and parties, and when I'm sociable my eating goes to pot :-/ but I try and make sure my fat and calories are within what they should be. You're more than welcome to add me :)

Ok, I'd like to lose 10lbs - but I know this is unrealistic with Christmas and the holidays :( Too much xmas food flying around!! 8lbs should be do-able.... :)

It was my only form of exercise when I lost weight for my wedding, and it worked wonders. I still have plenty more weight to lose - and I'm starting again tonight!! It's a fun workout aswell, and not very much time out of your day - so definately worth a punt. :happy: Good luck x

I haven't experienced foot pain - but I have got slight pains in the shins.... Nevertheless i'm powering through!! I'm sure it will die down. I noticed the girls in the DVD wear shoes - so that would probably help - running shoes maybe? :happy:

I always log 30 day shred with 20 mins Circuit Training, as I do't own a heart monitor. You won't accurately know how many Calories you're burning without a heart monitor (I believe this is the case, I may be wrong)!
