as far as the ads go, a lot of them are sites that I have browsed, so somehow this site knows and puts up ads for things you look up online I think. Like I just was on pottery barn kids so theres a banner on right now. Were you recently on the chili's website?

We're going there tonight. I was either going to get santa fe wrap with brocoli or the cobb salad, 680 calories or 720 calories. I've never had either one so I hope its good. But I can't go there without getting chips and salsa, thats the main reason we go!!

I just bought my first pair yesterday!! I was so excited cause I've gone down 2 sizes.

I started yesterday too, and I have to do them on my knees. I can't make it through without stopping, but I just do it until I need to break for second, then start back up again. It's a little discouraging, but its the only way to get stronger!! I bet by the end we'll be able to do them them the right way!

What do you do in the evenings? My trigger was watching tv. I would snack the whole time I was watching tv. I cut out how much tv I watch in the evenings and that really helped with my evening snacking. Now it's not a habit to grab a bag of chips and stuff my face while in front of the tv.

I also do this. On the days I work, I put in breakfast, lunch and snacks, and then I know what number of calories I have left for dinner, and plan accordingly. I also try to plan my dinners for the week, so we aren't trying to think of something last minute. That used to result in fast food too often.

sign me up as well. I tried last month and made it to day 6 and stopped. But that was doing it everyday. So if we do it 3 times a week where does that put us at the end, we going out 10 weeks to make 30 days?

steps is a good idea. I work on the second floor and try to take the stairs, sometimes I forget though, it's such a habit to hop on the elevator.

I have been thinking about this as well. Except I only get 30min. I do 12 hr shifts 6a to 6p, so I don't exercise on those days. I've thought about getting others to do 30day shred on our lunch break but am not sure we have a place to do it.

I'm 5' 4". I started at 150 and put my goal at 130. I am 5 lb away and I could definitely stand to lose more than that. It's been so long since I've been this low, so I was afraid to make my goal too large and then not hit it. Maybe I will change my goal to125!!

I get discouraged sometimes when I go over, but then I remember how far I've come and it's because I only have bad days every once in awhile, and I continue to lose weight. the library has exercise videos you can check out for free. i bought 30 day shred which i've done a few times and it seems to give me a good workout and its only 25 min.
